Oxford MPTC site - Planning Application

The DSA (Driving Standards Agency) have a planning application in place for a new MPTC (Multi-Purpose Test Centre) at the Old Gas Works site on the Cowley Mill Road in Oxford.

    Now apparently abandoned becuase the local planning authority (Hillingdon) put too many conditions on use of this derelict piece of land!
